Enrollment for Plan Year 2018 is an ACTIVE enrollment. This means members must log in and make elections for 2018 coverage - 2017 elections will not roll over to 2018. Members that do not make an election for Plan Year 2018 will be defaulted to Plan N through their current carrier and at the same coverage level with an HRA.
Employees that have waived coverage for Plan Year 2017 and do not make elections during Open Enrollment for 2018 will continue in waived status for 2018.
Employees enrolled only in the optional Surency Vision Program do not need to make elections during Open Enrollment for 2018 to continue on vision only insurance.
