About Noelle Walters

I began teaching in 1990, and have been at ACCJSHS since Fall 2007. I currently teach Biology One, Biology-Advanced Studies, Integrated Science, Public Speaking, and Human Anatomy. I sponsor the High School Student Council, am the director of the Atchison County Drama Club, and coach the Talking Tigers Forensics team. I also keep score for HS volleyball and basketball games. I am the Science Department Chairperson, and serve on the JSH Faculty Advisory Council, and the District Curriculum Council.

Outside of school, I enjoy participating in community theater with my husband, Tim,  at Theatre Atchision. I am active in my church and enjoy spending time with my stepsons, daughter-in-law and grandsons.

Homework is due on the date posted on the website. Late assignments will be accepted up to 5 (FIVE!) days past the due date. Following that, a grade of 0 will be received for missing work. Special circumstances will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Bell ringers!

Bell ringer questions will also be posted in Google Classroom, and all answers will be submitted as responses to the Classroom quesitons. Bell ringer grades are updated every 2 weeks. Bell ringers count towards class participation. If you are absent, you are responsible to make up the bell ringer(s) you missed!
