I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. I was dual enrolled in the graduate program in Political Science the Graduate Certification Programs in Secondary Education-Social Studies at KU in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the College of Education. I taught Social Studies for 15 years between Lawrence High School and Maur Hill Mount Academy. I took charge of the school accreditation and academic assistance in addition to teaching when I completed a Master’s program in Educational Administration at Benedictine College. I have been principal at ACCHS since 2005.
