03/22/2011 - Congratulations to Tara Ellerman on being named Class 3A Third Team All-State by the Topeka Capital Journal and Class 3A Honorable Mention by the Wichita Eagle. 03/18/2011 - Congratulations to Tara Ellerman for being selected unanimous 1st team all DVL; and to Megan Vanderweide, Allison Wallisch, and Brooke Fowler who were selected to 2nd Team all DVL. 03/08/2011 - In first half of Saturday's sub-state championship game Tara Ellerman became the ACCHS women's all time leading scorer passing Rhonda Hanf's record set back in 1977-1980 seasons. Tara has 723 points. The old record was 717. Tara will be back to make a run as the first woman in ACCHS history to try to top 1000 point mark. 01/04/2011 - Immaculata Here The Freshmen girls defeated St. Marys 41-7 Monday night to move to 3-1. The varsity girls defeated unbeaten Immaculata Tuesday night 44-27. The varsity girls are now 6-0 overall 3-0 in DVL. 12/14/2010 versus Oskaloosa (Here) Lady Tigers moved to 4-0 and 2-0 in DVL knocking off the # 3 ranked team in class 2-A, the Lady Bears of Oskaloosa 51-40. The JV girls also moved to 4-0 and 2-0 respectively as they won 40-12. In the KBCA coaches poll released Monday, the ACCHS Lady Tigers moved up in the rankings to the #2 team in class 3-A. 12/07/2010 at Horton ACCHS JV girls defeated Horton 38-32. The varsity won 45-34 and the freshmen girls fell to Horton despite a hard fought game 29-35. Lady Tigers ranked in top of Class 3A. 12/03/2010 at home versus Perry-Lecompton ACCHS Varsity girls defeated Perry 46-26. The junior varsity girls downed Perry 40-17 and the freshmen girls won in overtime 32-29. The Lady tigers are ranked # 7 kansas coaches poll put out by KBCA.
