3. JSH Vocational Business and Science Lab Upgrade
   Purpose: To consider upgrading the JSH Science and Vocational Business Computer Labs with new PCs.
   
   Comments: The computers in the JSH science lab were given to us in 2007-08 by the U.S. Army, and like the ones in the Business Vocational lab, are outdated and showing their wear. There are four computers in the JSH science lab and eighteen in the vocational business lab. The Southeast KS ESC twenty-state contract bid is $488.50 per PC. The total cost to upgrade both labs is $11,197 (shipping included).
   
   Recommended action: Motion to approve the bid from CDWG of $11,197 to upgrade the JSH Vocational Business and Science Lab Upgrade

Recommendation (__ minutes):
Move to go into executive session to discuss matters relating to personnel in order to protect the privacy interests of the individual/s to be discussed, and that the board returns to open session in this room at_______.
